Live Intensive Review

  • What is covered during the Live Course?
The Course presents clear and succinct summaries of the Topics in the curriculum, emphasizing key concepts and objectives. It focuses on both computational and non-computational components of CAIA material and works through detailed examples of the learning objectives involving calculations. The instructor analyzes, explains, & relates formulas to make applying them easier. The use of standard financial calculators is also reviewed.
  • What are the benefits of attending the Live Course?
The Live Course benefits those who wish to study on their own until closer to the exam period and use the course as an intensive recap on what they have been studying and to get clarification on material they are having trouble with.

The Live Course also benefits those who have not spent much time studying, as it serves as a solid foundation to jumpstart an intensive individual study program.

Some of our clients, who need the structure of a weekly program and want the benefit of an intensive review, attend both the Online and the Live Courses.

  • Who teaches the Live Course?
Our Live Course is taught by Dr. Pady Jalali and other experienced faculty members. Our faculty has the longest history of training candidates to succeed on the CAIA exams. They not only know the CAIA curriculum material, but they also know the CAIA exam. As a result, the course provides in-depth coverage of the material as well as invaluable strategies and tips for succeeding on the exam.
  • What is the format of the Live Course?
Our Live Course is conveniently offered outside of regular business hours.
Level I: The course is taught over an entire weekend.

  • Will I have access to the instructors following the Live Course?
Yes, attendees are able to contact the instructor with questions via the phone or email following the Live Course.
  • Where is the Live Course held?
Most of our live courses are held in New York City (midtown Manhattan). We have also offered courses at other locations, based on corporate requests.
  • How large are the classes?
We believe it is important to keep our Live Course classes small, so that our instructors can provide as much individual attention as possible to attendees.
