What is covered during the Live Course?
The Course presents clear and succinct summaries of the Topics in the
curriculum, emphasizing key concepts and objectives. It focuses on
both computational and non-computational components of CAIA material
and works through detailed examples of the learning objectives
involving calculations. The instructor analyzes, explains, & relates
formulas to make applying them easier. The use of standard financial
calculators is also reviewed.

What are the benefits of attending the Live Course?
The Live Course benefits those who wish to study on their own until
closer to the exam period and use the course as an intensive recap on
what they have been studying and to get clarification on material they
are having trouble with.The Live Course also benefits those who have
not spent much time studying, as it serves as a solid foundation to
jumpstart an intensive individual study program.
Some of our clients,
who need the structure of a weekly program and want the benefit of an
intensive review, attend both the Online and the Live Courses.

Who teaches the Live Course?
Our Live Course is taught by Dr. Pady Jalali and other experienced
faculty members. Our faculty has the longest history of training
candidates to succeed on the CAIA exams. They not only know the CAIA
curriculum material, but they also know the CAIA exam. As a result,
the course provides in-depth coverage of the material as well as
invaluable strategies and tips for succeeding on the exam.

What is the format of the Live Course?
Our Live Course is conveniently offered outside of regular business
hours.
Level II: The course begins on a Friday evening and extends over an entire weekend.

Will I have access to the instructors following the Live Course?
Yes, attendees are able to contact the instructor with questions via
the phone or email following the Live Course.

Where is the Live Course held?
Most of our live courses are held in New York City (midtown
Manhattan). We have also offered courses at other locations, based on
corporate requests.

How large are the classes?
We believe it is important to keep our Live Course classes small, so
that our instructors can provide as much individual attention as
possible to attendees.

Are food and refreshments provided at the Live Course?
Yes. We aim to keep the material the main focus of the course and
keep distractions to a minimum. As such, refreshments are provided on
Friday evening and breakfast, lunch, and refreshments are provided on
Saturday and Sunday.
