Retake & Deferral

• I didn't pass my exam using your study materials. Do you offer a discount to purchase your updated study materials?
  Yes, we offer a 50% discount for Suite clients who re-take their exam. Please visit the UpperMark Assurance page for details of this discount.
• I didn't pass my exam using study materials from another company. Do you offer a discount on your study materials?
  Yes, we offer a 40% discount to qualifying candidates. You may be eligible to participate in this offer if you purchased a study package from another company, were unsuccessful on your CAIA exam, and wish to purchase one of our Suite packages.
  
  To receive the discount, we ask that you kindly email us the information below.
  1. Written documentation from the CAIA Association of your enrollment in a prior CAIA exam period,
  2. Written documentation from the CAIA Association confirming your enrollment for the same Level exam in the current exam period, and
  3. Receipt of your study package purchase from the other company.
  Eligible CAIA documentation includes a screenshot from your account history on the CAIA website.
  
  Once these documents are received and reviewed, an UpperMark associate will follow up.
