Shipping Policy

The shipping office at UpperMark operates Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST, except posted holidays.

We offer same business day shipping on in-stock items for orders placed by 12 noon (EST). Orders placed after 12 noon will be shipped on the next business day.

Methods of shipping available are as follows.

* Delivery times vary based on location and day of shipment.
** International shipping uses a courier service.

Special deliveries and shipping methods are available. For some international locations, alternative shipping methods may be available. Please contact our office to make such arrangements.

International customers - please note that duties, fees, and/or taxes due directly to customs are not included in our prices and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
