  Yes, UpperMark is working with the New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) to accommodate individuals who have been dislocated from specific businesses located in NY, CT, and NJ. NYSDOL provides a National Emergency Grant, which may cover the entire cost of an UpperMark Platinum Suite.
